SUMMARY:Make your own fermented drinks at the Université Populaire
DESCRIPTION:Fermented drinks is a hands-on workshop in French run by the Université Populaire on the Belval campus\, on Wednesday 9 December from 18:00 to 20:30. It is open to all levels. After an introduction to how fermentation works\, with water kefir\, kombucha and sparkling flower drinks as examples\, you make two preparations yourself: a fruit kefir and a sparkling drink made with flowers. You take them home to taste. The original French title is Faire sa boisson fermentée. The workshop costs €13.50\, plus €12.50 for materials\, paid to the trainer. Register on the Université Populaire’s website. Classes take place in the ENAD building (Bâtiment F) at 1 Avenue de la Fonte\, on the Belval campus\, a few minutes on foot from Belval-Université station. Who would you bring along to this one?
