Welcome Day – University of Luxembourg

By Friday, Belval should feel a little less like a collection of building names and more like a campus you can call your own.

Welcome Day is the celebratory conclusion to the University of Luxembourg’s Welcome Week. On 11 September, new students come together on Belval Campus for the Rector’s welcome, activities, music, food and the conversations that often become the first real memories of university life.

The day complements the workshops and orientation sessions held earlier in the week. It is less about absorbing another list of instructions and more about meeting the people, services and communities that give the University its character.

Welcome Day runs from 08:00 to 15:00 and is intended for new University of Luxembourg students. Check the official programme before attending for the latest schedule and practical arrangements.
