October 30 @ 7:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Bob Dylan is not coming to Belval to place his past behind glass.
On 30 October, the songwriter returns to Rockhal two years after his previous appearance at the venue. The concert forms part of his 2026 EU/UK tour.
Dylan’s catalogue has moved through folk, rock, gospel, blues and more. On stage, however, the songs are not treated as fixed objects. He regularly reshapes their arrangements, rhythms and phrasing, allowing familiar work to take on a different character from one concert to the next.
His place in cultural history needs little decoration. In 2016, he received the Nobel Prize in Literature, recognising his contribution to poetic expression within the American song tradition. What matters in Belval, however, is not the ceremony surrounding the name. It is the chance to hear how more than six decades of songwriting sound in the room today.
Belval is a place where old structures keep finding new uses. There is something fitting about hearing Dylan do much the same with his songs here.
Doors open at 19:00. The performance is scheduled from 20:00 to 23:30 in the Rockhal Main Hall. Current tickets range from €109 to €145, including the presale fee. Prices and availability may change.
Rockhal is a short walk from Belval-Université station, and public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.
