Si vous avez moins de 26 ans à Belval, la réduction que vous cherchez n’est probablement pas une réduction étudiante.
C’est ce à quoi je ne m’attendais pas en commençant à poser la question. Une carte d’étudiant vous donne une coupe de cheveux moins chère et du matériel Apple moins cher. L’offre du café, celle de l’opticien, le billet de cinéma et le forfait téléphonique dépendent tous de votre âge, et la plupart passent par une carte que vous pouvez avoir que vous étudiiez ou non.
Cette page présente donc les deux, lieu par lieu, regroupés par type d’endroit. Chaque offre vient d’une question posée : une affiche en vitrine, la réponse d’un gérant, une carte posée sur un comptoir, ou le commerce qui l’annonce lui-même. Quand une offre a un chiffre, le chiffre est indiqué. Quand elle n’en a pas, je n’en ai pas inventé.
Une carte d’étudiant. Votre carte d’université ou d’école. Deux salons et le revendeur Apple demandent celle-ci.
Une Carte Jeunes. La carte européenne jeunesse, pour toute personne de 12 à 30 ans habitant le Luxembourg ou à moins de 30 km. Elle coûte 10 euros par an auprès des Auberges de Jeunesse, et c’est elle qui ouvre la plupart des offres de cette page.
Une Carte Jeunes Esch. La version co-signée avec Esch-sur-Alzette. Certains commerces de Belval traitent les deux différemment, et au moins un applique un meilleur taux à la carte Esch qu’à la nationale : cela vaut donc la peine de demander laquelle s’applique plutôt que de supposer qu’une carte jeunes en vaut une autre.
Si vous avez 18 ans ou plus et que rien de tout cela ne s’applique, une carte d’identité suffit parfois à elle seule. Les offres téléphone et banque pour les moins de 26 ans au comptoir POST demandent un justificatif d’âge et d’adresse, et rien d’autre.
