Every other Saturday, one email: what opened and what closed in Belval, what is on over the next fortnight, and anything worth knowing that did not warrant its own post. It takes about two minutes to read. If a fortnight goes by with nothing worth sending, nothing gets sent.
You will get one email asking you to confirm. Click the link in it and you are on the list — until you do, you are not, which is deliberate. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, it is worth a look in the spam folder, and it helps to reply to it once so your provider learns this is wanted.
The list is run on the site’s own server rather than a third-party service, so the address goes nowhere else and there are no tracking pixels in the email. There is an unsubscribe link at the foot of every issue, and it works on the first click. More detail in the privacy notice.
