How it reads a question
It looks for a time (now, tonight, Sunday, at 19:00, tomorrow), a place to measure from (near the station, near the Plaza, near me), what you are after (a category, a cuisine, vegan or gluten-free), and what it should have (terrace, wifi, kid-friendly, takeaway). Whatever is left is matched against names. It then says how it understood you, so a wrong reading is visible and easy to rephrase.
“Near me” asks your browser for your position and measures from it in your browser; the position is never sent anywhere. The answer to “open now” is read from the same hours as the Open now page, so the two never disagree.
