Rookie is a driving school with a branch on the ground floor of Belval Plaza II, next to Moien Vietnam. The unit works as a classroom as much as a counter: rows of yellow chairs face a screen, and road signs are fixed to the window.

The counter is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 13:30 and 14:00 to 18:30. Theory lessons run in the evening, Monday to Thursday from 18:30 to 20:30, and on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:00, according to the board in the window.

The school has a second office in Luxembourg City, at 16 Place de la Gare, and says on its own site that places at the theory lessons do not need to be booked.
