Internet plans are easy to compare online, but returning equipment or asking about a bill can be easier across a counter. Eltrona Belval brings that physical point of contact to Belval Plaza.
Opened in March 2025, the shop provides sales and advice on Eltrona’s Internet, TV and mobile subscriptions. It also accepts bill payments, sells equipment and handles equipment returns or exchanges.
One distinction can save a wasted journey. Eltrona’s official shop finder lists technical support and equipment after-sales service at its Strassen branch, but not at Belval. For a technical fault, contact customer service before travelling rather than assuming the Plaza team can resolve it.
