For a neighbourhood full of students moving into their first flat, this is the cheapest useful shop within walking distance, and the reason is the model rather than the location: Action’s range turns over constantly, with new stock arriving weekly and a large part of it priced under a euro.
Closed on Sundays, which is worth knowing given the rest of the Plaza.
