Devred 1902 is a French menswear chain, founded in Amiens in 1902 and part of Groupe Omnium since 1996, with something under two hundred shops. It sells suits, jackets, shirts, trousers and the accessories that go with them, which puts it at the smarter end of what Belval Plaza currently offers a man.
It is taking a ground floor unit in Belval Plaza II, behind a hoarding carrying the brand’s own wordmark on a pale panel. There is no opening date on it.
Two Devred shops already trade in Luxembourg, both in the capital, at the Kirchberg shopping centre and on the Grand Rue. Belval would be the first in the south.
