Isabelle Wunsch sees clients at INSPIRE every month. In October she is there on two days: Friday 2 October, the date on this page, and Monday 12 October.
She offers two kinds of one-to-one session. The first is sophrology, the method Alfonso Caycedo developed in the 1960s, which she presents as body and mind exercises for handling stress. The second is a method she calls emotional memory release, which in her description combines hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming and tapping.
Both are by appointment, within the shop’s opening hours of 10:00 to 19:00. A first session lasts 90 minutes and costs €120; follow-up sessions last 60 minutes and cost €100. Book with Isabelle directly on +352 661 74 04 11 or through isabellewunsch.com.
INSPIRE Wellness Concept Store is at 14 Avenue du Rock’n’Roll.
