You can stop for matcha or organic coffee without booking a treatment, browse cosmetics and gifts, or reserve a longer visit in one of the treatment rooms.
The treatment menu includes 30, 60 and 90-minute massages, body rituals and facial treatments for women and men. Prices currently begin at €45 for a personalised beauty consultation, €60 for an express facial and €65 for a focused 30-minute massage. A tea or coffee is included after every treatment.
INSPIRE also hosts after-work sessions, workshops, talks and appointments with visiting wellbeing practitioners. The programme changes monthly and is published through its social channels.
Three things have been added that the centre’s own online booking does not list. Inkaba is a 75-minute massage INSPIRE describes as slow and deep, drawing on African traditions, at 155 €. Soin Cosmos is two 60-minute sessions at 188 €. And Bettina Richarme, who visits once a month, offers what she calls mediumship and soul therapy, at 98 € an hour with the first session free.
