A hands-on workshop at the Université Populaire in Belval on Saturday 24 October, from 14:30 to 17:50: how to photograph dishes, clothes or handmade pieces with nothing but a smartphone.

It covers composition, light and angles, then a few easy AI editing tools to finish the pictures. It is aimed at small business owners, makers and anyone who sells or shows their work online. Bring your smartphone.

The workshop costs €18. The Université Populaire lists it in English, while the trainer’s note mentions Luxembourgish, French and German, so ask about the language when you book on their website. The gin workshop runs the same afternoon, so it is one or the other.

The Université Populaire is in the Terres Rouges building at 14 Porte de France, a few minutes on foot from Belval-Université station. Tag the friend whose shop needs better photos.
