Dr.Croissant takes one of breakfast’s most familiar shapes and makes it playful again. At its Belval Plaza counter, a house dough blending croissant and brioche ideas becomes the base for sweet or savoury fillings, with customers choosing the direction. Portuguese and Brazilian influences also appear in the wider selection, reflecting a concept more curious than a standard bakery cabinet.

The shop opened in 2026 near the Delhaize checkouts, convenient enough for an impulse stop and distinctive enough to justify one. Do not arrive expecting only a plain butter croissant. The fun is in seeing what the team has put inside it.
