Maestri della Pasta turns a quick lunch into a small act of composition. Customers choose a pasta shape and sauce, then the kitchen cooks the combination to order. Familiar Italian directions such as carbonara, cacio e pepe, ragù, pesto and arrabbiata sit within that flexible format, although the live menu should settle the final choice.
The brand itself began in Luxembourg with an Apecar, the compact three-wheeled Italian vehicle that gave the young business its first kitchen and a memorable silhouette. Belval now gets the grown-up counter version: fast enough for a working day, specific enough to feel like more than generic food court pasta.
