Located on the first floor of Belval Plaza, the branch brings POST Luxembourg’s mail, telecom and financial services together in one convenient place. Visitors can deal with postal and parcel enquiries, explore mobile, internet and television services, or ask for help with POST’s financial products. A self-service area is also available for suitable transactions.

The branch opened in 2022 with hours designed around the rhythm of the shopping centre. It remains open until 19:00 on weekdays and welcomes customers on Saturdays, making it particularly practical for people who work, study or live in Belval.

Look for it on the first floor of Belval Plaza. It is separate from the PackUp parcel locker near Belval-Université Station, so check which location you need before setting off.
