The food is produced in Namur’s workshops and ranges from savoury and warm lunch options to viennoiseries, pastries and chocolate, with several Luxembourg classics appearing among the sweeter choices. It is designed for flexibility: stop at the counter, eat in or carry something back to campus, work or home.
The pleasure lies in finding serious pâtisserie in a format that does not demand a formal occasion. A weekday can support excellent cake perfectly well. Look at the current display without arriving fixed on one item, because the counter is where the day’s best argument is being made.
