Meris Ramdedovic runs the lalux principal agency at 9 boulevard du Jazz, a few doors along from the AXA agency and in the same building as Phoenix Technologies.
The distinction worth drawing for readers is what lalux is. It is Luxembourg’s own insurer, domestically owned rather than the local arm of a French or German group, which matters to some people and not at all to others. The agency also handles DKV Luxembourg, the group’s health insurance arm, so the complementary health cover that everyone in Luxembourg eventually has to think about can be sorted in the same conversation as the car and the flat.
Counters are open mornings only, eight until twelve, Monday to Friday. Afternoons are by appointment, which in practice means the agency is available all day if you plan and closed half of it if you do not.
