There is no single ideal time to exercise in Belval. A lecture can finish at noon, an office day at 18:00 and an evening shift much later. Basic-Fit Belval solves the timing problem by keeping its doors open around the clock.
Located on Avenue du Swing, the club provides more than 2,359 square metres of training space. Its seven training zones cover strength machines, cardio equipment, free weights, functional training, stretching and virtual cycling. Video workouts offer additional structure for anyone who prefers to follow a guided session.
The practical essentials are covered too, with lockers, changing rooms and showers. Personal training is available for members looking for individual guidance.
A dedicated Relax & Recover zone extends the visit beyond the final repetition. Depending on your membership, it includes massage chairs, HydroMassage and CryoLounge recovery equipment. Yanga Sports Water is also available as an included benefit or paid option according to the membership selected.
The club is close to Belval-Université Station, Belval Plaza and the university campus. That makes it particularly convenient for fitting a workout around work, lectures, shopping or the journey home.
