Hugo’s Café

A long-running café kiosk in Belval Plaza for coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches and an indoor pause between the shops and cinema.

Hugo’s Café has been part of Belval Plaza from the beginning. It was listed among the centre’s original tenants when the shopping centre opened in November 2008 and remains one of its central café counters.

The set-up is straightforward: order a coffee or cold drink at the kiosk, add a sandwich or something from the baked-goods display, then take one of the tables in the concourse. There is no current menu online, so the day’s food and prices are best checked at the counter.

Its advantage is convenience. The shops and Kinepolis are under the same roof, while Belval-Université station is a short walk away. It works well for a pause during errands or before a film, without turning a coffee stop into a separate journey.
