Sudstroum is the energy supplier owned by the communes of the south, and this is its customer counter inside Belval Plaza 2, opposite the supermarket exit. Three things are handled here rather than one: electricity, internet and television, all signed on the glass.
It is somewhere to go rather than a call centre. Contracts, moves, meter questions and bills can be dealt with across the counter, weekdays from nine.
It closes for thirty minutes at one o’clock. The Biergeramt a few doors along stays open through lunch, so if you are doing both in the same trip, do Sudstroum first.
