Food Zone is the Restopolis counter on the ground floor of the Maison de l’Innovation, the glazed level you walk straight into from Avenue des Hauts-Fourneaux. Its own sign gives the hours as 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Nine hours is a long day for a campus counter, and it is the reason Food Zone works as more than a lunch stop. The building is shared by Luxinnovation, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology and the university’s own offices, so the room fills with researchers and staff as readily as with students.
What you pay depends on who you are, because Restopolis runs separate rates for learners, for university staff and for visitors.
Food Lab is in the Maison des Sciences Humaines, Food Café is a floor up in the Maison du Savoir, and Food Lounge and Food Hub are both in the Terres Rouges tower. The whole campus network is covered in our University Restaurants entry.
