A meditative sound journey with crystal bowls is a Saturday morning session in French at the Université Populaire in Belval, on Saturday 5 December from 10:20 to 12:00. No experience is needed.

After a short introduction and a guided moment to settle, you lie down or sit comfortably and listen to the sound of the crystal bowls. The session is about listening and noticing, and there is nothing to get right. At the end there is time to come back slowly and share your experience if you want to.

The original French title is Voyage sonore méditatif avec les bols de cristal. The session costs €9. Bring a yoga mat, a cushion, a warm blanket and a bottle of water, and come dressed comfortably, as there is no changing room. The trainer also speaks Luxembourgish, German, English and Portuguese. A second session runs on Saturday 9 January. Register on the Université Populaire’s website.

The session takes place in the IFEN building (Bâtiment E) at 3 Avenue de la Fonte, on the Belval campus, a few minutes on foot from Belval-Université station. Who do you know who would enjoy a quiet Saturday morning in December?
