Some Belval buildings do one job. Luxmill was built to combine several: a place to live, a desk to work from and rooms where people meet.
Operational since 2022, the mixed-use complex includes 70 furnished flats, coworking and office space, and a conference centre. The venue has hosted workshops and professional conferences, so Luxmill can appear on an event programme as often as it does in a housing or office search.
There is no single public timetable for the whole building. Access depends on the event, booking, resident or organisation you are visiting. Contact Luxmill for current accommodation, workspace and room availability, and check the organiser’s instructions for the correct entrance and parking before travelling.
