Zen Cuisines runs a single showroom, and it is this one: six hundred square metres on the boulevard du Jazz parade, given over entirely to fitted kitchens.
They work in two lines, Concept 130 and the higher-end Systemat, and sell the cupboards, storage and appliances that go with them. The service is the usual sequence done properly: a free initial estimate, a 3D rendering of the room before anything is ordered, a long session choosing materials and colours, then installation by their own fitters rather than subcontracted labour. Design appointments can be booked online seven days a week even though the showroom itself keeps six.
The location makes more sense than it first appears. Belval is still being built out, and the cranes visible from the window are putting up the flats whose kitchens somebody will eventually want to change.
