The name can sound like a general creative agency, but LMDDC has a more specific public mission: helping Luxembourg’s education and training organisations make effective use of digital technology.
Created in December 2020 by Luxembourg’s education and research ministries together with LIST, the centre designs digital learning and assessment experiences, develops multimedia content and operates open-source tools. Its work can involve AI, games, video, XR, simulations and web platforms, alongside strategy, technical guidance and training.
LMDDC’s operational office is inside Luxmill on Rue Samuel Beckett, with the entrance on Boulevard des Lumières. The premises host practical workshops and include demonstration, event and digital-fabrication spaces, but they are not advertised for general walk-in use. Visit for an announced event or arranged meeting, and use the Luxmill address rather than the registered headquarters at LIST.
