Technoférence and screen-life balance is a one-evening workshop in French for parents at the Université Populaire in Belval, on Thursday 3 December from 17:10 to 19:40.

Screens are part of everyday life, but how much room should they really take up? The workshop offers concrete ideas for understanding how digital habits affect family life, and simple alternatives that leave more space for presence, listening and conversation. You leave with practical tools for a lasting digital balance at home.

The original French title is Technoférence et Screen-Life-Balance : retrouver du temps de qualité en famille. The workshop costs €13.50; bring a notebook and a pen. A version in German runs a week later, on Thursday 10 December. Register on the Université Populaire’s website.
