Belval Student Lounge – University of Luxembourg

A free common room for University of Luxembourg students in the Maison des Arts et des Étudiants, with tea, coffee and couches.

The Belval Student Lounge is a common room for University of Luxembourg students, in the Maison des Arts et des Étudiants on Place de l’Université, directly in front of the Porte des Sciences bus stop. It is run by SAUL, the Student Association for University Campus Life, rather than by the university itself.

There is free tea and coffee throughout the day, couches, and games. During term, student associations run events out of it, including cocktail nights and karaoke, and the university states these need no registration.

Opening hours are not published anywhere. The lounge appears to close over the summer.

Visited & verified by I Love BelvalI have been here myself, rather than read about it.
Local tip: Free tea and coffee all day, which makes it the cheapest hot drink on the campus by some distance. It is the building right in front of the Porte des Sciences bus stop, so it is an easy first stop rather than somewhere you go out of your way for. Hours are not published anywhere and it seems to shut over the summer, so in term time just try the door.

Thank you. That is exactly how this stays right: I will check it and update the page.

That did not send. Try again in a moment, or use the contact page.

Hours, an address, a closure: if this page is out of date, tell me and I will go and check. It goes to me, not onto the site.
