FlowBox is a CrossFit affiliate on Porte de France, a few minutes from the station, and it covers more ground than the CrossFit label suggests. Alongside the classic box programming it runs Hyrox training, which is worth saying out loud: the race format has grown fast and the places set up to train for it properly in Luxembourg are still few.
The other half of the timetable goes the other way. Yoga and Pilates run through the week as their own programme rather than as an afterthought bolted to a strength gym, priced and sold separately.
What actually sets it apart is Flowcare, the physiotherapy practice operating inside the building and open to non-members as well as members. Training somewhere that can also look at the shoulder you have just tweaked is not a common arrangement, and for anyone coming back from an injury it is the reason to choose this over a cheaper membership elsewhere.
Booking runs through Wodify, and there is open-gym time outside class hours with a coach on the floor.
On price, plainly: CrossFit and Hyrox are €25 for a drop-in with memberships from €114 a month; yoga and Pilates are €30 a drop-in with memberships from €149. That is coaching-led pricing rather than budget-gym pricing, and worth knowing before you walk in on a student budget.
